Pre-Sale Makeovers / Property Styling

RJP Design and Decor can help you add value to your home by transforming it into a buyers dream. Enhancing the best features of your home and giving it a new fresh style and charm can increase the potential of a prompt and profitable sale.

The pre-sale makeover service includes an initial inspection of the property, discussing with the client onsite about various ways to enhance the property to potential buyers. We then follow up with a detailed report and recommendations, which the client can choose to undertake to improve the saleability of their property to their selected market. The report assists the clients to do some of their own ?diy? to save costs or if required they can employ RJP Design and Decor to assist them further with achieving some of the recommendations.

Where properties are vacated and the client wishes to furnish the home for saleability, RJP Design and Decor can organise to furniture and decorate the home for the length of time the property is on sale.
